Three-Tier Selection Process
Stage I – District Level Examination
Objective-type written examination assessing academic knowledge, aptitude, logical reasoning, constitutional awareness, and leadership potential.
Stage II – State Level Assessment
Personality Assessment and Administrative Aptitude Interview evaluating communication, leadership, ethics, decision-making, and confidence.
Stage III – National Level Assessment
Leadership Presentation on governance, public administration, constitutional values, and nation-building before an expert evaluation panel.
